ACSMI provides a 14-day refund period from enrollment if less than 10% of course content is accessed. Requests outside this period or beyond this access threshold will not qualify for refunds.

To request a refund, contact [email protected] within the refund period. Refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method and less than 10% course completion.

Exceptions

No refunds are issued after completing the course or obtaining certificates.
